The Te Arawa Oscar Holiday Programme
Te Papa Tākaro o Te Arawa has been facilitating the Te Arawa OSCAR Holiday Programme for the past 16 years. This programme is designed to allow parents to have supervised care of their children during the working week (Monday to Friday) during the 3 main holiday periods during the year. The programme caters for children from 5 to12 years of age in an activity based programme utilising the many exciting Rotorua and Bay of Plenty experiences. Delivery of the programme is through a kaupapa Māori framework and allows for the multiple learning styles of the children. The main focus of the Te Arawa OSCAR Holiday Programme is to provide a safe, fun and exciting experience for all children.

- Aquatic fun
- Ten Pin Bowling
- Library
- Movies
- Sporting games
- Environmental outings, e.g. Tree planting
Spaces for this programme are limited and registrations are taken one month before the programme begins, so if you are interested please contact us immediately to ensure that your interest is registered.
Cost $70.00 per child per week, or WINZ subsidy is available, this includes morning and afternoon tea, (other costs may apply and parents will be notified on enrolment).
